Location : Nashville, TX
Duration : 12+ months
Must have:
Cisco UCCE and UCCX
Both packages offer the same thing, but UCCE is preferred as it has greater functionality and UCCX is generally used for smaller businesses, but both will be accepted
Contact center deployment experience
ICM Scripting
Java programming
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support for UCCE Platform and all add-on systems
Coordinate and assist with product implementation and issue resolution
Work well with the appropriate IT&S teams and vendors for the project (UCCE Tech team, Networking, Security, CUIC Reporting, DBAs, 2 Ring, ZOOM, etc)
Team:
This person will be working day-to-day with 1 UCCE Engineer, a Cisco Telephony Product Owner and a BA
