Job Description :
Monitor different types of Integrations for customer such as   EIBs, Studio, Connector based interfaces and troubleshoot /fix, in case of any issues.
Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution for integration issues in a timely manner.
Manage Workday Incidents/Requests/Problems/Change Requests queue and maintain focus on resolving cases effectively in line with service level agreements. 
Act as the liaison between the assigned internal/external client groups(s) (HR, Payroll, IT, Vendor Implementation Consultants, Software vendors, etc
Integration code update for Update/Fix/Enhancement between Workday and existing systems interfaces, both internal and external along with updating design documentation.
Perform Integration regression testing for Workday upgrades to ensure integrations are functioning as expected.
Lead change management activities for all integration updates, that includes change creation, approvals, UAT till successful implementation and closure of change.
Handling high priority incidents classified as critical/high for benefits, payroll integrations as well as major downstream impacts due to change in workday.
As the primary IT support resource for Workday, monitor ticket queues, assign tickets to resources according to bandwidth ensuring on-site and offshore model for effective closures.
Effective decision making to ensure work as per agreed terms that includes categorizing the tasks as maintenance, break-fix and enhancement so the work should be prioritized based on such category.
Handling Workday community alerts for any sudden maintenance outages, non-availability of WD data centers and accessing impact during outage hours and fix if required.
Ensure data protection and responsibly own HR information for users thus encrypting any PII during data transmission.

Review the code changes with offshore team and maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices.
