Interview Process:
1st interview: 1 hour video interview with our internal director and Architect
2nd Interview: 1 hour video to present assigned project/task to team
Hours per week: 30-40 hours (more than likely it will be closer to 40)

SF Integrations
Tech stack advisory experience
Customer facing experience (speaking w/ c-level and up)
The SF Architect is a key member of the sales process and the delivery project team and is responsible for the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of a project. The Architect works as a team member along with the fulfillment resources to deliver the complete solution for the customer
Essential Duties
? Manage teams to deliver full lifecycle implementations from inception to roll-out - ability to lead and manage while being ready to roll-upyour sleeves and be hands on when needed.
? Work with business executives from the client side to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the needs.
? Support the sales and business development team by defining winning solutions and proposals
? Enhance our service offerings, including sales and delivery collateral that can be commoditized and reused across multiple projects &clients
Effectively collaborate with the internal project team and client resources on technical consultative services during the duration of a delivery engagement
? Communication and stakeholder management at the program level
? Coordinate with respective client teams for project specific escalated and critical issues.
Skill Required:
Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience delivering complex solutions built on Salesforce
Ideally multiple Salesforce Certifications on a consultant or specialist level
Prior experience with sales processes/presales, including architecture and estimation of solutions.
Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.
Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will spend a good part of their time in verbal one-on-one and one-to-many situations discussing a business and/or technical approach to solving a customer issue.
Ability to coordinate and lead technical resources to architect a complete business and technical solution during the sales process.
