Job Description :
Role: Instructional Designer - W2/C2C Role
Location: Illinois – 100% remote
Duration 9+ Months with Possible Extension

Primary responsibilities
Collaborate with global process owner, quality system leads, PLM system vendor, training, and other process functional members
Propose innovative solutions for training materials and database architecture that will allow for ease of transfer from a change management system that lacked integration to an integrated product lifecycle management system, while ensuring compliance to internal and regulatory procedures, and allowing for optimal re-use of data and ease of data retrieval.
Assist with the implementation of database architecture within Windchill software, minimally RV&S and PDMlink.
Ability to manage routine tasks without assistance.

Qualifications
Must have experience using PTC Windchill software and other relational databases
Must have experience setting up training materials for quality processes and systems
Must have experience developing or working with typical design control documentation (i.e., requirements, risk, design verification & validation, test method validation, specifications, change management, drawings, etc
Working knowledge of manufacturing process validations (i.e., IQ, OQ, PQ) is desired
Science, Engineering or computer science degree is preferred but not required. Familiarity with PTC Windchill can assist if degree is not perfectly aligned.
