nCino Admin / SME

banking client
The team has not been able to deliver what they committed to in the business case and they need to address that. This person would be a key contributor to helping that.
The bank sees this tool as powerful and the need someone who can give guidance as to how to implement it more fully to get a better bang for the buck.
What are the top 3 things this resource will be responsible for?
1. Clear backlog of tasks /change requests that need to be implemented
2. Configuration of the quarterly releases.
3. Work with stakeholders to scope out work and help to develop efficiencies / best practices
4. Act in the capacity of a SME to help the bank know how to best leverage this tool
What are the top 3 – 5 technologies or skills this person must have and years of experience with each?
1. nCino at an expert level
2. Prior nCino implementation experience
3. Past experience with nCino Smart Checklist is a plus
4. Past experience with nCino Covenants is a plus
5. nCino certifications area plus
Soft skills
1. Good communication skills – able to talk all levels including senior leaders
2. Strong collaboration skills
3. Agile practitioner /prior work with a Scrum Master
4. Facilitation skills
5. Coaching less skilled members of the team
6. Continual learner
