Agile Scrum Master
Location: Minnesota (Full remote) (Local to MN only)
Duration:5 months contract
MOI: Phone/Skype
Salesforce.com Scrum Master– Rhythm Management – 5 month contract - remote

Responsibilities:
Lead an Agile-trained team to deliver IT solutions through all required sprints
Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to by product team. Must be a voice of reason and authority, able to make tough calls
Use an Agile Lifecycle Management Tool (e.g., JIRA) to manage the project
Ensure the project team is fully functional and productive
Must be able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to provide hands-on support to deliver product results
Remove impediments/blockers and shield the team from external interferences
Facilitate discussion and alternative approaches to challenges
Enable collaboration across all roles
Work with leadership and product owners to define project scope and business case to support product goals
Escalate status, issues/blockers and risks as they arise and elevate them to management
Be transparent with your business partners about status and develop business trust
Manage budget, financials and metrics
Education/Experience required:
5 years’ experience in IT projects
Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and Agile terminology
Demonstrated experience planning and executing testing of complex applications
Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
