Position 1:

US Non IT Engineering /manufacture side Recruiter work from India
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Experience:
sales or recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
1-3 years of related Recruitment experience- even better if it is in healthcare staffing
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle
Hitting revenue quota
Works well under pressure

Recruiter who knows whole process if recruitment cycle and well verse with all USA visa and compliance rules and experience with all portal and bullions search in terms on manufacturing and mechanical requirements and niche skill with competitive rates as per client expectation and can bring consultant on company w2.
Working with Visa Holders like H1B, TN, GC, US Citizen, GC EAD and H4EAD.
Negotiate the rate with candidates on tax terms like W2, 1099 and Corp. to Corp. for hourly rates.
Hands-on experience on Job portals (CB, Dice & Monster US
Search for the consultants on the search engines and job portals
Submit the consultant resumes along with information on his/her evaluation of the consultant.
Coordinate with the consultant and the account manager for scheduling the interviews and upon selection to complete the paper work.
Engage the consultants in communication and build relationships with them
Recruiter should possess
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken, skills.
Telephonic and e-communication skills
Computer skills with proficiency in using MS word and excel.
Knowledge of internet and its use
Skill to search on various search engines including the job portals for the specified consultants.
Knowledge of different technologies and the terminology of the software development environment are required.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure
Knowledge of different employment statuses in US and the related laws.

Position 2:

IT Bench Sales Marketer / Recruiter / Business Development / Account Manager (REMOTE - Offshore multiple jobs base on experience.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales AND Recruitment is required
Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen)
Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month – MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview)
Must have 10/10 Comm.
Must have strong US vendor relations (at least 10) – Prime Vendor or Direct Client Only (NO Layers)
Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
Ability to develop a Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements
Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them to team leads
Previous experience with TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant etc. preferred
