Position 1:
US IT recruitment lead - IT Staffing and recruitment work location – for Goa

We work with companies to provide BOTH contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire technical resources, AND end-to-end solutions and managed services. We are looking for an energetic, team, and results-oriented individual with a track record of success. We are looking for someone a tenacious, dependable, trustworthy individual looking for a ground floor opportunity to drive sales, lead teams, and build in our emerging markets. This position may progress to a leadership opportunity.
Duties:
Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of our clients' businesses and industries
Develops strong relationships with our clients' hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs, and ensuring we are meeting their expectations
Demonstrates an understanding of our clients' priorities, processes, and policies
Sets up discovery calls to analyze client needs and to make staffing recommendations
Disburses requisition information to the recruiters using our applicant tracking system and our collaboration tools
Reviews and screens all resumes and write-ups before they are packaged to the customer
Seeks client feedback and applies the information to improve service
Works with Operations Director to ensure compliance with our clients
Coach and develop recruiters by monitoring performance, setting expectations, holding recruiters accountable for delivery, and providing constructive feedback
Identifies top IT talent from the pool of candidates through existing networks, continued new networks, referrals, and word of mouth
Maintains accurate and detailed information and provides best in class customer service for all candidates and clients alike
Maintain recruiter size 5-10 under one lead.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of IT staffing experience
Proven track record of delivering results
Experience using social media tools for sourcing
Expertise in Boolean searching
Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine an appropriate match
Prioritize and possesses excellent time management skills
Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
Exceptional written and oral communication
Negotiation and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

POSITION 2

US Business development Manager (Operation lead) - IT Staffing and recruitment work from US or India any location .

Here we are looking energetic and dedicated experience person with good direct connection with Direct client or implementation partner and has ability to bring the new client to our agency with his past experience and show the result with building revenue.
One who has close relation with Hiring manager and account manager and procurement team of implementation partner like- Deloitte/Cognizant/HCL/Persistence /Infosys /UST Global or other client and or can bring relationship with direct client to build revenue.
Previous experience with TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant etc. preferred
Connection with Brillio/Persistent or UST Global /HCL /Cognizant will qualify for immediate consideration.
We already have vendor ship of persistent and Brillio and LTI and need support who already has close relation with these clients and grow.
