Global Market Access Pricing
Implementation of cloud based Global Pricing application that provides EMD Serono’s Pharmaceutical business unit to compete in global marketplace and provide revenue growth. The system was designed to be a decision support tool for this business which would enable their resources to expedite their pricing decisions. The tool built on Salesforce.com platform is being implemented based on Merck KGaA global locations.
Analytics for Customer Experience
Implementing Analytic cloud (SFDC WAVE) for EMD Millipore’s Bioscience business unit.

Enhancement of an existing Sales and Order database that stores global sales and orders within Global EMD organization
MM Restructuring and Realignment
EMD Millipore went through a major restructuring and realignment exercise for their sales organization. This project was born to implement the territorial and Incentive compensation structure for newly created Territory, Product and Role hierarchies. The project will help the sales functions to migrate to new organization structure and compensation plans. The project will also implement this functionality to Asia, South America and Europe which were not included in earlier phases of implementation.
Quoting and Pricing Phase 2/Phase3
This project was to integrate the Quoting functionality between SFDC and various MM ERP applications for Netherlands legal entity. The integration would provide a system with functionality to create, deliver and manage quotations in SFDC. It would also automate the creation of corresponding Quotations in ERP based on the feed from SFDC and send Order information back to SFDC. The project would also provide a framework for MM Sales organization to implement this functionality globally.
PS Migration and Territory Management
In 2012 EMD Millipore Corp had three business units operating on two SFDC instances. The first instance was established to meet the business needs of one business unit, while the other instance was used primarily by two other business units. EMD Millipore Corp migrated to a single instance, merging data, metadata and configuration from both the instances.
Trident Phase II Program
The Trident program within EMD Millipore was born from the merger and acquisition of EMD Millipore Corp by EMD KGAA. The program was initiated to develop single Global CRM strategy and toolset necessary to manage customer relationships across geographies and business units; In addition to driving common customer knowledge management, cross selling initiatives and lead sharing of merged legal entity namely EMD Millipore. EMD Millipore International Deployment
EMD Millipore selected Saleforce.com as their principal CRM application for its Global sales organization. MMI deployment was initiated to implement Salesforce.com across different geographies in order for senior management to gain visibility Opportunity pipeline and sales intelligence in a consolidated dashboard in Salesforce. The objective of this project was to migrate 23 countries to Salesforce.com from their existing CRM application.
