Informatica MDM Lead

We are looking for an Informatica MDM Lead. This person will design, develop, maintain and support production for Master Data Management solutions within the Tesla Corporation using Informatica Master Data Management, Data Quality Management, and Informatica Power Designer tools.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, develop and deliver of enterprise-wide Master Data Management solutions.
Utilize technical and domain knowledge to develop and implement effective software solutions; provide hands on mentoring to team members through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile practices.
Develop, enforce, and recommend enhancements to IT in the area of standards, methodologies, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs.
Provide timely and accurate estimates for newly proposed functionality enhancements; review other team members’ estimates for completeness and accuracy.
Creation and implementation of Change Management Requests.
Develop collaborative relationships with key business sponsors and IT resources for the efficient resolution of work requests.
Communicate technical and business topics, as appropriate, in a 360 degree fashion, when required; communicate using written, verbal and/or presentation materials as necessary.
Respond to emergency maintenance situations based upon application knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent in experience)
5+ years of experience in Informatica 9.X/10.X, MDM, DQM on in large/medium scale implementations with evidence of exceptional ability
Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL server, and other major databases
Strong SQL design, development, tuning and troubleshooting experience required
Experience with Data Warehouse ETL design and development, methodologies, tools, processes and best practices desired
Good Knowledge of Informatica Power Center ETL Tool
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues with reports and data model
Excellent query writing skills
