Job Description :
Required Skills:
  • Strong automation, scripting, and packaging skills for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution
  • Must have experience authoring scripts using PowerShell 5 and batch
  • Must have experience performing remote deployments and integration of Windows 10 or 11 systems in a distributed environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager)
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts and secure protocols
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft s Active Directory and Group Policies
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to develop clear and concise documentation
  • Working knowledge of Tanium is desirable (not required). Support Function:
  • Develop and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data gathering
  • Deployments to distributed systems
  • Maintain infrastructure with latest updates and patching
  • Research, design, and recommend solutions to meet requirements
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues quickly
  • Develop and document processes and procedures. Education/Knowledge Requirements:
  • A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years relevant experience.
  • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual''s degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required. Additional Provisions:
  • All candidates must be a US Citizen.
  • Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
