Interview Process: Virtual, Teams meeting Duration of the Contract: 6/30/25 with option to renew Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in the following: SQL/PL SQL experience Object-orient programming languages using Virtual Component Library (VCL) MS Windows 11 Enterprise Windows Server 2015+ The contractor must also have extensive knowledge of a Windows-based application target platform and software development tools Windows Server experience updated from Windows Server 2015+ to Windows Server 2016+ Oracle RDBMS PL/SQL Developer Oracle DB Admin Tools, Enterprise Manager Nice to Have: Delphi programming experience using RAD Studio 2007+ Basic Accounting because the architect is in charge of an accounting program package that various counties use
