Job Roles/Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate needs to have atleast 5+ years of experience in Windchill system administration in PDMLink 10.X and 11.X.

Should have good hands-on experience in Unix/Linus OS

Should have basic knowledge in SQL and Oracle.

The candidate should be able to perform reposts, upgrades, updates, patching and code deployment in a cluster environment.

Should have L2/L3 technical support experience

Should know how to work with PTC to get help and troubleshoot system admin issues.

Should be strong in doing root cause analysis using various PTC logs and suggest betterment ideas for recurring issues.

Should have good oral and written English communication skills.

Should be a team player as well as an individual contributor.
