Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2K, Win2K3,2K8, 2K12, 2K16 servers with knowledge of NT4.0
File and Printer administration
Patch administration and deployment, Fine-tune the system for optimal performance
Troubleshooting Clusters and related issues in a SAN environment
Knowledge on scripting (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.)
