Role: Veeva Vault support lead
Location:Boston MA / remote till covid
Duration:6+ months
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype

Job Description:
 
  1. License and permissions access
  2. Application On-boarding (access provisioning)
  3. End user deactivation (by request or for Terminated employees)
  4. Configuration Management for Operations Support (biz admin type activities: picklists, labels, etc)
  5. Incident Management and Problem Mgmt
  6. Knowledget Management (what can Level 1 support do)
  7. Outage Notifications
  8. User and Technical Support (Level 2 support: helping users use Vault)
  9. Vault Loader support
  10. Configuration Management for Veeva releases (enabling configurations for new functionality)
  11. Veeva release impact analysis
  12. Veeva release outage support
  13. Integration design documentation
  14. Integration development, implementation, and maintenance
