Strategic Staffing Solutions is looking for VBA MS Access Developer in Detroit, MI.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing medical records and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for appropriate Evaluation and Management services.
Perform impact and gap analysis for new and existing program or system implementations and/or changes.
Contributes to analysis relating to build and functionality of reporting tools to ensure reliability for current and/or future use.
Provides data collection support for Quality of Care and performance improvement projects.
Conduct data analysis and perform data profiling activities to provide statistics and informative summaries.
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create reports.
Assist with the coordination and validation of the HEDIS medical record data which includes ongoing review of records submitted by providers.
Retrieve data and conduct data-driven analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software, and techniques.
Requirements Skills/Experience:
2+ years’ experience with Excel or MS access with data analysis, and converting data into visuals
2+ years’ experience working with data tools such as SQL, R, Python.
Ability to work independently and work on multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Information Technology or similar degree required.
Master’s degree preferred
