UX/UI eCommerce Designer
This role often hears of business needs before the rest of the Engineering team and focuses on how the current system can support that need, determine gaps, and provide technical designs to fill those gaps.
Requires strong relationships between multiple teams such as the technical, operational, and business teams. Provides solid realistic designs and mentors and leads other engineers along the implementation path.

  • Understand the business feature needs
  • Analyze and review the capabilities to the technical systems
  • Recommend possible solutions that align needs with technical capabilities
  • Define what technical capabilities are needed to meet the business need
  • Design architecture and system interactions to produce desired results
  • Prototype concepts to ensure viability of implementation at scale
  • Communicate to and lead other engineers along the designed path


  • Local to Denver --Not Remote, must come to office
  • IT and Wireless/Network (Mobile) Experience
  • Ability to translate needs into system functionality and to identify gaps
  • Confidence in technical systems to provide designs for software engineers to implement
  • Patience and effective communication, working with various teams to build the working solution
  • Passion for cloud and microservice architectures
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt to frequently changing circumstances and take the ball and run with it
  • Solid software engineering experience in writing services, cloud deployments, and high availability system design.
  • UI/UX experience with wireframes, flow charts and tools such as Maze, Sketch, A e XD, Balsamiq, Figma, InVision, Marvel, Axure, Framer, UXPin, FlowMapp, Origami Studio and
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • MUST provide a PORTFOLIO to share
