Our digital design team is seeking a hands-on design lead with an impeccable user experience and visual design background to own and drive major product design initiatives for one of the world?s most beloved travel & hospitality brands. The right candidate should blend coaching, making and accountability, on point for the product and experience design for multiple major tracks of work, sometimes leading a small team of designers but also working solo. It sounds like a lot, and it is. The lead designer will serve as a champion of guest experience, design thinking and an advocate of continual improvement & best practices to both our digital organization as well as across broader corporate and marketing teams. You?ll work closely with engineers and product leaders alike, setting the tone for excellence in scalable design delivery, steering and mentoring designers, and solving unique problems large and small for guests.
