Role: Customer Identity QA Engineer at Phoenix
Location: Phoenix (Initially Remote)
Job Responsibility:
· 8+ years of experience with proven work experience in software quality assurance
· Having Experience and understanding of modern Identity & Access Management concepts and best practice
· Strong understanding of industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM)
· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
· Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills
· Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
· Experience in Testing the Identity Federation protocols such as SAML2, WS-Federation, Kerberos, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
· Strong experience in testing for securing APIs with OAuth 2.0 and other means
· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
· Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
· Hands-on experience with writing integration and end-to-end tests
· Hands-on experience with automated testing tools with scripting knowledge
· Experience with security protocols such as LDAP-S, SAML, WS-Federation, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC
· Experience testing IAM solutions such as Azure Active Directory, Active Roles, Duo, MIM, Okta
· Experience with performance and security testing
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
