Job Title : Training Specialist

Training Developers are responsible for the successful development and completion of learning deliverables

Training Specialist Responsibilities:
* Use adult learning principles to design and develop training materials that appeal to the target audiences.
* Works with business partners to identify scenarios and tasks for the training.
* Incorporates business process information into the training tasks.
* Adheres to the CMT Methodology and templates for deliverables.
* Works with the project team to ensure that training deliverable are accurate and easy to understand.
Training Specialist Required Skills:
* Must have excellent relationship building and communication (verbal and written) skills
* At least 4 years'' experience in applying instructional design methodology, learning strategies, and delivery media alternatives to training design.
* Strong technical writing skills.
* Strong stand-up training delivery skills as well as strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
* Able to apply knowledge of current industry trends in learning.
* Familiar with a wide range of e-learning techniques such tas WBT, blogs, wikis, and online help.
* Expert in adult learning, able to develop and deliver training to a wide range of audiences.
Required for SAP projects:
* At least 4 years experience in developing and delivering ERP end-user training.
* SAP R/3 4.6 (general knowledge/experience)
* SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 (general knowledge/experience a plus) o SAP APO 3.0 (general knowledge/experience a plus)
* SAP SCM 5.0 (general knowledge/experience a plus)
* SAP Business Warehouse (general knowledge/experience a plus)
* Training Specialist Assignment Length : 6 months contract with extensions
