Position: Tosca Automation QA
Location: Omaha, NE

Job Description:
Must have TOSCA automation experience. At least 6 years of experience in software testing life cycle. Agile experience is preferred. At least 4 years of experience in automation testing using various tools specifically Tosca is must. At least 6 years of working experience in testing functional, integration and unit testing. At-least 6 years of experience in requirement analysis to come up with test cases. Experience in creating test Data. Minimum years of experience 5+ in Tosca or similar test automation tool is must
Must have Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 6 years of IT Testing experience as tester, test lead.
· At least 4 years of experience with different automation testing technologies/tools/products.
· At least 4 years of experience in TOSCA.
· At least 1 year in designing, architecting testing automation for products/applications.
· At least 4 year of experience in testing mainframe and distributed applications - functional, integration and unit testing
Preferred Skills:
· At least 6 years of experience in software testing life cycle. Agile experience is preferred.

· Responsible for project intake and facilitating intake, team metrics, and process improvement and implementation for the test team(s)
· Actively participate in agile release/sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria, leading to test case development
· Work with automation specialist for test automation development
· Determine non-functional testing requirements (i.e. performance, usability, penetration testing, etc
· Assist with test environment and data management
· Define and track Quality Assurance metrics including defects, defect counts, test results, and test status
· Frequently communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management
· Facilitate test execution status and defect meetings
· Liaison for the business during UAT
· Responsible for test planning and leading execution of formal test plan
· Coordinate individual testers daily activities and assign work
· Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
· At least 6 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
· Experience in Financial Services domain.
· Self-directed with a high degree of initiative, ability to perform with minimal oversight, and accountable for all work assigned.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all level of the organization and 3rd party vendors.
