Must be onsite in Raleigh/Durham, NC; no travel, no remote

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or foreign equivalent, with a Masters degree in computer science or quality related disciplines desirable. Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience is required. This experience must include experience administering the Teradata database in a large production environment either as a customer DBA or performed as a Managed Service. Advanced level skills related to workload analysis, characterization , tuning and performance management is required. Travel is generally not required as position is a long term assignment in a specific customer location.

Basic Qualifications:
5 plus years experience in computer technology or related fields within
the last 8 years.
Must have 5 years minimum of Teradata experience working as a production infrastructure, application or development DBA
BS/BA degree
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office components and personal
computers (for generating the many reports required by the customer
Strong problem solving skills with demonstrated experience managing and resolving work requests and change requests
