Job Description :
IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Telecomm Project Coordinator to join our customer in Phoenix,AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for the client Information Technology Group’s (ITG) telecommunications service requests and project coordination.
Coordinates small to medium-sized telecommunications projects and service requests based on repeatable standards and practices.
Supports client telecommunications services.
Acts as a liaison to the state’s telecomm provider (AZNet
Obtains quotes and processes telecomm equipment orders.
Monitors service requests and projects, provides status updates and escalates as appropriate.
Provides assistance to other team members or project managers as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Customer service principles and processes
Basic to intermediate project coordination
Telecommunications Expense Management
Incident Tracking & Problem Management Tools or Systems

Preferred Skills
Strong customer service
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and attention to details
Ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
Ability to accept feedback and adjust plans accordingly
