Preferred Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Basic ??? Bachelor???s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. ??? At least?? 3?? years of experience with Information Technology. Preferred ?????? At least 2 years of Information Technology experience ??? At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in ServiceNow Customer Service Management ??? At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process ??? Working knowledge in ServiceNow APM and be able to develop workflows, portal and troubleshoot ??? Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business ???Prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to our clients ???Create custom dashboards & reports in ServiceNow integrating and combining data from multiple tables and sources based on user requirements ???Translation of business requirements into technical requirements through regular meetings with team members and business partners ??? Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
