Experience of client interviews / JAD sessions / requirements workshop execution Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certification Agile knowledge" Secondary Skills " Client Interviews/JAD Sessions/requirement workshop execution UAT planning and coordination, help in End User Training Organize Show and Tell Sessions Work with technical delivery team and coordinate with them" Any Specific Required Skill " Life Science Domain knowledge Salesforce Admin Certification" Veeva (preferable) or Salesforce experience
