• 5+ Years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM in Implementation, configuration and supporting Oracle Agile PLM - Agile Product Collaboration, Agile Product Portfolio Management, Agile Product Quality Management, Agile Product Cost Management and Agile Product Governance & Compliance.

• Configuration of Privileges, Workflows, Roles, Users and User Groups, Attributes and Subclasses in the Agile Application

• Good skills on Java, Agile SDK, PLSQL, Unix, Web Services, Groovy scripting

• Must have experience supporting and guiding end users on setups and configurations

• Familiarity with Items, BOMS and ECOs structures

• Provide support to end users by determining root causes of problems and fixing issues

• Experience in monitoring interfaces between Agile PLM and Oracle ERP

• Follow up with Oracle on SRs, bugs, Patches through closure
