Job Description :

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Requirements Management & Documentation
    • Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business/data needs.
    • Senior-level experience defining/documenting system and business use cases.
    • Proficiency in interviews, workshops, use cases, workflows, and storyboarding.
    • Clear translation of business requirements into functional and technical documentation.
  • Technical & Data Knowledge
    • Working knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, scripts, and queries.
    • Experience performing data quality analysis, error identification, deduplication, and validation.
    • Strong experience with process modeling, wireframes, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Experience in functional, performance, integration, regression, UAT, and security testing.
    • Ability to break down complex systems into testable components, identify issues, and trace root causes.
    • Proven ability to maintain documentation libraries, templates, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Skilled in acting as liaison between business units and development teams.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects.
    • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience Requirement
    • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the public health or healthcare industry, with knowledge of health applications and data systems.
