We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our USG team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of this recruiter include; identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, and client facing relationships.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Recruiter Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in IT Staffing industry recruiting
Having Banking industry knowledge is a plus
5+ years' recruiting experience especially in IT.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective negotiating skills
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
Familiarity with online job-hunting websites and social media including Linked-In etc.
Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
Ability to interact with Client directly and gather requirements.
Team player who will co-ordinate with onsite and offshore recruiters if needed.
