:
Title: Technical Project/Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA Duration: Fulltime Job Description 1. Strong customer support experience 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Experience of translating client requirements into actionable tasks 3. 5 years of BI Analytics development experience (with a primary focus on Microsoft) 4. Should have 5 years + experience in SQL server with great understanding of SQL concepts like Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions, Constraints , Joins, Subqueries, temp tables, table variables, triggers, SQL jobs, Indexes, SQL aggregate functions, SQL Group by, SQL Ranking Functions, SQL Partition by multiple columns, SQL performance tuning, SQL PIVOT and UNPIVOT, Table variables and CTE, etc. 6. 5 years of Microsoft Power BI experience (Power BI, Power Pivot Power Query Power View 7. Microsoft technology stack experience (Azure SQL Server SSS, SSAS, Etc. 8. Strong concepts of fueling business process improvement and decision making through effective use of business intelligence 1. Ensures client delight by understanding customer expectations, requirements and delivering them as per timelines 2. Follows up on open action items and drives them to closure 3. Calls out any potential risks / issues in advance and puts in place measures to mitigate them 4. Shares regular updates with the client on critical issues / escalations which might have a business impact 5. Identifies improvement initiatives along with the team and take client buy in to implement those in the process 6. Handles any escalations / concerns raised by the client and shares an action plan to prevent a repeat 7. Independently conduct monthly and quarterly business review meetings covering operational metrics, highlights and lowlights, progress on action items, future goals, etc. 8. Generate insights and action items from periodic reports and dashboards which can help improve process performance, identify deviations, etc. 9. Act as a single point of contact for the client to resolve issues, escalations, concerns 10. Work with the client on future business plans and make appropriate arrangements w.r.t. training, recruitment, resource movement, etc.
