• Executes on the product plans that grow customer engagement, improve customer experience and drive relevance
• Defines product requirements and business cases to prioritize across multiple scrum teams
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for customer intents use cases
• Works in an agile environment to refine business requirements work with architects to define and layout system interfaces and data flows.
• Monitors product for all defined KPIs to ensure the best-in-class customer experience
• Works with business partners to balance business & technical objectives and technology partners to deliver the product that meets reliability, scalability, and performance goals
• Implement best practices using Usability and AB testing
• Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) will be responsible for charting and executing the course for AT&T’s customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.
2) Will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.
3) Must possess strong technical background to ensure the web components design is modular & scalable.
4) Must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects.
5) Must have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies.
