In need of a highly skilled Technical Lead to serve as IT Technical lead for implementing the Salesforce Commerce Cloud module. This is a highly complex, cross functional implementation with the primary scope of developing the On and Off Marketplace enrollment process within the Salesforce B2B module. This will replace the current vendor supported solution from Go Health. This effort requires building the QLE logic required for accurate enrollments, all upstream and downstream integrations between external and internal source systems including but not limited to, CMS, Member Portal, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud. This project will also need to integrate with dependent projects that will influence design and potentially functionally, such as streamlining the object structure across the Salesforce modules.

Resource shall manage several concurrent medium to large complex projects. Project will include implementation of government mandates and other operational projects for the Individual Business Unit. The detailed responsibilities are:

· Acts as a core team member on an Agile Team serving in both the Scrum Master and Technical Lead roles.
· Ability to transform User Stories into technical designs leveraging Salesforce platform configuration and custom development
· Strong troubleshooting skills in Salesforce Platform to help and guide SF developers and testers. Salesforce Admin Certification or above is preferred.
· Ability to work with multiple IT teams to achieve technical implementation of various cross application integrations.
· Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Able to review financial and schedule forecasts to identify potential issues and opportunities
· Provides strategic planning and comprehensive senior level technical consulting to IT senior management and senior technical staff.
· Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills with ability to deliver complex messages and teach new concepts. Ability to work across various levels of the organization - from team discussions to executive level presentations.
· Working with some guidance from Principal Consultant, consults on a wide spectrum of existing and emerging technologies and associated services and processes.
· Evaluates compliance with the organization's technology standards.
· Guides and consults with IT management and technical staffs regarding use of emerging technologies and associated services.
· Participates in the evaluation, selection and application of new and emerging tools and techniques.

· Proven experience successfully managing large teams of diverse resources - 7 Years
· Proven Technical Lead experience leading large Salesforce projects – minimum 2 years
