We are hiring a System Engineer for one of our clients in Bothell, WA.
Job Description:
- 6+ years of experience in Tier 1 Support, handling incident resolution, troubleshooting, and user support in fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience in monitoring and observability tools including ELK Stack, Grafana, Kubernetes (K8s), and Dynatrace.
- Skilled in SQL querying for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting application/database issues.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.
