Job Summary: The System Administrator is a mid-level technical role with a focus on bridging the organization's technology services and responsible for ensuring a quality IT service delivery experience and functional use of the server infrastructure, Office 365 services, hospital information systems, imaging solutions, document management, and communication platforms across our 24 US locations.    Responsibilities:     Assists in overseeing server infrastructure which includes to patching, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, performance enhancements, and standardization     Oversees cloud infrastructure including managing and deploying virtual environments in Office 365, Azure, and Exchange     Assures system reliability through proactive systems monitoring and troubleshooting     Addresses issues escalated by Tech Specialists and performs root cause analysis to resolve issues     Creates, reviews, updates, and validates documentation in the IT Knowledgebase     Collaborates with Application Specialists on systemic application issues     Administers and develops business ERP solutions as needed     Administer, Monitor, Review Business Document and Meetings platform management     Administer, Monitor, Review SaaS administration     Ensures that all IT supported assets are properly documented in the Asset Management Systems     Manages completion of subscription, software, and hardware licensing renewals     Maintains anti-virus and anti-malware    Qualifications:     BS in Information Technology or related field or equivalent proven working experience in the field     (A+, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS, CCNA certifications preferred     4+ years of progressive Systems Administration experience in a multi-location Enterprise environment directly administering WSUS     Advanced understanding of Active Directory and Windows Server Technologies including but not limited to ADDS, ADUC, ADSS, ADDT, DHCP, DNS, File and Storage Services, DFS, and Virtualization     Experience with Endpoint RMM and Asset Management tools such as Datto, Intune and Maas3650     Understanding of Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)     Experience with On-Premise to cloud AD migration     Familiarity with various operating systems, storage systems and platforms (vSphere, SAN, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Linux, OSx, ESXI)     Experience with virtual endpoint management platform administration     Well versed in deployment tools such as Windows Deployment Services, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Smartdeploy, Datto, and PDQ     Proven ability to deliver a positive user experience in a user community of at least 1000 users     Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and describe complex problems in a clear and concise manner     Strong documentation, organizational, and project management skills     National travel may be required
