Technical/Functional Skills Technical and platform skills:
• Solid experience in Blue Yonder SCPO platform
• Blue yonder - Demand and Supply modules
• Supply Chain and Logistics: Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, warehousing, and distribution environments.
• Solid experience in Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO) modules
• Blue Yonder SCPO implementation or enhancement projects
• Blue Yonder SCPO end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or enhancement engagements
• Good in technical and/or functional configuration within the SCPO modules
• Exp in BY Integration (Luminate Platform, DMS IO-FF integration, etc.)?
• SCPO version of 2018 and later
• Blue Yonder accreditation or certification in Demand, Fulfillment, or Order Optimization
• Experienced in Solution design workshops or fit-gap analysis
• The ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions and document specifications
• Good communicator
• Independent contributor
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
o Map business processes to Blue Yonder functionalities and recommend best practices.
o Participate in business process design and identify workflow improvements.
o Configure Blue Yonder SCPO demand, supply and order optimization
o Develop functional specification documents for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
o Lead or support end-to-end implementations, including system upgrades and patch installations.
o Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in the Blue Yonder applications.
o Assist technical teams in resolving complex issues and optimizing system performance.
o Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
o Conduct workshops and provide training to end-users and team members.
