We are seeking experienced Android Developers to join our on-site team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that provide exceptional user experiences and meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build feature-rich and user-friendly mobile applications.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through testing and optimization.

Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development tools, libraries, and frameworks.

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-release support.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Android application development.

Technical Expertise:

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and Android Studio.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern mobile app architecture (MVP, MVVM, or MVI).

Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Proven experience building, testing, and deploying apps to the Google Play Store.

Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to performance and reliability.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Coroutines, RxJava, or Compose UI.
