DivIHN’s Workforce Solutions Division has an opening for an IT Staffing Sales professional who possesses a strong desire and motivation to succeed in a rewarding environment.

We are seeking a person of character, integrity, energy, and ambition, that has demonstrated success in selling IT staffing services, and takes pride in the relationships that they have built.

Position FAQ's:

 

In formal terms, we call the position IT Staffing Sales Manager. In simpler terms, we are seeking a Sales Professional with a strong hunter mentality that will develop and manage new accounts that DivIHN's Staffing services could be sold to, by leveraging the relationships that they have built as of yet.

 

The candidate that we are seeking will be a business development hunter with strong staffing sales experience. The candidate will come with verifiable track record of outstanding business development performance in current or prior job roles, in addition to existing relationships that he/she would convert to initial sales opportunities at DivIHN. Needless to say, skills such as cold-calling, business-networking, and relationship building will be second nature to the candidate.
