Role: Sr. Java Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
- Design, code, debug, test and validate application Microservices, APIs, Backend and Front-End development; document design decisions, develop modular software components and - participate in code reviews; monitor system performance metrics and identify potential risks/issues
- Collaborate in agile scrum team with product owners, fellow software engineers to deliver business and technical priorities
- Provide active guidance to fellow members of the agile tech team
- Lead and continuously improve, recommend software engineering & coding practices, availability, resilience
- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, code quality, performance, CICD and automation
- Coordinate and scale the evolving cloud based solutions with product development teams
- You Build You Own - code, deploy and production support
What would you expect to work on here:
Object Oriented Languages & Frameworks (Java, Spring boot), Cloud Based Technologies (AWS, DevOps and Serverless), Front End Framework - Angular
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Java hands-on development
Experience in Spring
Experience in Front-End development - Angular
Experience to AWS cloud technologies
Experience using & implementing CICD process - Jenkins, Github, Junit, Sonar Qube, Docker and/or Kubernetes Experience in Quality Assurance technologies like ATDD, Cucumber, JUnit
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of Spring, and 2+ Springboot experience
3+ years of Microservices experience
3+ years of Front-end development experience using Angular
3+ years of SQL RDBMS experience with 2+ years of MongoDB, NoSQL AWS Certification
Experience in implementing a Dashboard using Splunk or ELK, monitoring for any real-time or batch orders processing systems
Experience working in technologies like Kafka, SQS
