Job Description
:
Title: Sr. DevOps Engineer
Location: Milpitas, CA.
Full time position only.
VISA: USC/GC
This on-site role requires deep expertise in DevOps, InstallShield, and Jenkins within a regulated MedTech environment.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain DevOps pipelines supporting MedTech software releases.
Configure and manage InstallShield projects for software packaging and deployment.
Build and optimize Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines for reliable, auditable releases.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and regulatory teams to meet J&J compliance standards (IEC 62304, 21 CFR Part 11).
Drive automation and mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices.
Requirements
12+ years in DevOps or Release Engineering.
Hands-on experience with
DevOps
,
InstallShield
,
Jenkins
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Experience in a regulated industry (Healthcare, MedTech, or Pharma) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Groovy).
