What we're looking for
Must Haves:
4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
5+ Years experience in application development and architecture that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
4+ yrs expertise in Cloud (must be AWS certified) and 5+ yrs experience & proficiency in IBM-Mainframes
Experience hosting applications with the tech-stack of - Microfocus-COBOl, JCL & CICS, DB2-LUW, MicroFocus Ent Server, DB2 connectivity
At least 1 full cycle execution of Mainframe to AWS migration
Mainframe and AWS communication & Integration:
SNA Architecture
Data Transfer protocols (IBM connect direct, SFG Mailbox or similar)
LRS printing tool integration with Microfocus & printers
LDAP and setting up one-way trust to Active-Directory
Nice to Haves:
AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification
