· Design, develop, implement, and maintain SQL Server database
· Responsible for architecting the Database to be fast, accessible, usable and well-designed with the end-users and business goals in mind
· Work with team to recommend architectural approaches and define and detail project execution
· Participate in the entire life-cycle of database development
· Perform requirements analysis, data requirements documentation, database design, ETL requirements specification, Metadata documentation, and data quality support
· Perform data migration from existing database to new database

· Resolve database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues
