The client is a leading global provider of product engineering and semiconductor design services, with over 500+ products developed and 40M deployments in 140 countries.
Responsibilities:
Develop, refine and execute software test procedures/plans based on Software Requirements and intended operating environments in cooperation with product management and the software development team.
Use tools to manage test cases, test results, and defects.
Work with the development team to review and define software requirements.
Design and develop test cases & tools for functional, stress, performance, security and load testing.
Collaborate with the development team and help debug and root-cause software / system issues.
Identify patterns and trends to help detect defects.
Represent the Software QA team in standups, scrum meetings and cross-functional meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors and/or Masters in Computer Science.
6+ years of experience software development and test, in Automation Framework development.
Proficiency using C# / C++ / Java.
Expert in Test Management Tool (TFS / MTM/ QC/ Jira/ Clear Quest, Doors
Some experience in Load testing
Knowledge on Tricentis Tosca.
Proficiency in various test methods and creating test cases for both automated and manual approaches.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to triage issues.
