Title: Solutions Architect for Contact Centre Location: Toronto, ON Full Time & Contract Job Accountabilities: Experience in business system application design, development and installation Experience in planning/architecture development and support Define, design and develop the enterprise systems information architecture to enable cross functional operational reporting and performance optimization Participate in design workshops with vendor, documenting the overall integration architecture (conceptual and target; architecture review board, etc ) Creating security design documentation (SDD), and support Security with the Threat Risk Assessments (TRA): Assist in requesting and building up infrastructure (on-prem, BNS private cloud or public cloud) Support other Solutions Architects Experiences: Contact Center technologies (Avaya, Genesys, Verint, PEGA, IVR, Social Media, ChatBot) Integration architecture & infrastructure for larger initiatives Security standards & policies Experience with Cloud and Cloud offerings, especially Software as a Service (SaaS); knowledge of Azure, GCP Hands on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, development and integration Thorough knowledge of cloud security, User Authentication, Web-based (Internal & external) Application Authentication Hands on experience with API security patterns such as (OAuth2, SAML2.0) Experienced in designing and developing integration solutions for cloud-based applications ie. cloud computing, service models - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and deployment models private, public, hybrid etc.
