Interview Process:
The interview will now be 60 min
They will present some pre-written code and invite the candidate to help us refactor to make it better. Our team member will share their screen with the candidate and will make whatever changes the candidate instructs them to make. At the beginning of the activity, we take time to explain the scenario and we keep the requirements on the screen next to the code throughout the activity.
The candidate does not need to worry about having a whiteboarding tool or sharing their screen and having development tools available and ready to use.
