* Key Skills - Data Visualization/Analysis, Azure, Power Shell/Python/Ansible, Telecom (AT&T, T Mobile, Charter Communications, Verizon etc Preferred)
* Ability to build tooling (dashboards, monitoring, data analysis/visualization) - not simply the ability to look at a pre-canned dashboard that somebody else has built.
* Ability to create task and process automation using tools such as PowerShell and Python, as well as the codeless alternatives such as Azure Functions, Flow, Logic Apps, etc.
* Voice/Telephony/PSTN knowledge/experience - this is obviously very different to the above skillset, but having people who understand the space from a technical point of view, are familiar with the protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP, etc and in troubleshooting SIP, media, voice issues such as call drops, one way audio, audio quality such as packet loss, jitter, latency, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting call flows involving Session Border Controllers (SBC''s)
