Job Description
Provide Production support at L2 and L3 level for Microsoft websites hosted on Azure
Work towards meeting SLA for production support
Weekly and monthly status reporting of open and closed tickets
Reach out to customers for any clarifications/questions on the incidents raised by them.
Work(Build, Test and Deploy) on Small enhancements to websites & Co-ordinate with offshore on small enhancements
Need to work on 2 shifts (on rotation basis) Shift 1: 06:00 to 14:30, Shift 2: 11:30 to 18:00
Skillset Required:
Knowledge on SharePoint Online, Migration of SharePoint sites, SQL
Azure, Azure DevOps, Power Apps, MS Flow
