ServiceNow Architect role Engage as a primary architect on projectsto set technical direction and lead the development team to implement client solutions. Includes both configuring ServiceNow and developing customizations and integrations Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow's top enterprise customers Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and or integration development Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer's business Support business development and pre-sales activities as the technical lead / architect What You Need: 5+ years proven experience as a developer processing into high-level architecture roles 4+ years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration and integrations Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow's Case and Knowledge configuration and or Integration tools Participated in ServiceNow implementations of ITSM , ITOM or CSM BS Degree or equivalent work experience Ability to travel - up to 20% Strong communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude ServiceNow experience is a MUST ServiceNow CSM experience is a PLUS
