Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: Long term Contract

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration/development and deployment of ServiceNow ITBM and Platform applications for Federal or State & Local clients. ServiceNow applications include but are not limited to IT Service Management (ITSM); IT Business Management (ITBM); IT Operations Management (ITOM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC); Sec Ops; HR; Performance Analytics; Service Portal; and Configuration Management Database (CMDB



Primary Responsibilities:

Analyzes and understands ServiceNow Out of the Box (OOTB) platform and functions to be configured and customized based on business needs and requirements.

Analyzes, defines, and documents designs, system requirements and specifications for data management, workflow, and integrations/ interfaces.

Supports conversion of designs and specifications into ServiceNow configurations and custom development needs.

Performs system and integration testing activities.

Setup and manage ServiceNow instances (e.g. development, test, sub-production, production) including version upgrades and promoting changes between environments.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT or Information System (IS) related field.

2+ years of experience with configuration, development, and implementation of a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technology (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce) or PPM tool (e.g. Microsoft Service, Primavera, CA Clarity PPM

1+ years of experience using scripting/coding languages (i.e. JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS, Clarity, Oracle Primavera, cPIC, IBM PPM) and working in relational databases.



Preferred Requirements:

Understanding and experiences with ServiceNow Platform and/or ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc configuration, development and implementation.

Understanding of platform processes and tool functionality.

ITIL Certification(s)

Experiences with Agile software development practices.

ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, and/or Implementation Specialist - PPM Certifications.
