Job Description:
Key responsibilities of this role include design, develop, test, and document ServiceNow flows, forms, reports, configurations and adaptations to accomplish goals of user request. Evaluates user requests for new or modified workflows to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system. Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Formulates plan-outlining steps required to implement request.

Worker must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within ServiceNow. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment; a certain degree of creativity is required.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years (Required) Skills/Experience
3 Enterprise software development experience
3 JavaScript, Angular
3 ServiceNow administration and configuration, including:
Incident Management
Request Management and Workflows (Flow Designer)
Change Management
Knowledge Management
CMDB
Service Portal
3 Implementing ServiceNow integrations (Rest API design, web services, database integrations)
3 Agile software development and SDLC
3 Gathering, documenting and analyzing customer requirements for software development
Yes ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator and ITIL certifications

Preferred Requirements:
Years (Required) Skills/Experience
2 Experience with Workflow Editor and/or experience transitioning from Workflow Editor to Flow Designer
2 Experience with HR Case Management administration and configuration
2 Experience with design and implementation of Change and/or CMDB
1 Experience with ServiceNow delegated development
Yes ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Application Developer Certifications
