Location- Mountain View, CA (He/she need to be in office from July for at least 2-3days in a week for design review etc. since folks are moving into office starting mid-July, they prefer local guys)

Job Description

Successful candidates will have a strong ServiceNow development background and possess expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB applications. You will be working with our Client team to assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, determine, and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.


  • Ability to perform development and maintenance tasks primarily related to the ITSM modules of ServiceNow, including Incident, Service Request, Change, Major Incident, Problem, Oncall, and CMDB.
  • Proficient in data model design for CMDB including design of relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries
  • Proficient in Service-Now auto-discovery and knowledgeable of the platform's capabilities to interface with other complementary tools
  • Ability to configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Change Management, Reporting/Dashboarding
  • Experience with scripting in languages like JavaScript, XML or JSON
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP and REST APIs
  • Development experience with other ServiceNow modules including APM, GRC, PPM, and SAM
  • Ability to monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations
  • Ability to develop and deliver training classes to teach end users how to use newly developed workflows, features, and functionality


  • At least 7-years of experience in supporting and implementing ServiceNow, including in-depth knowledge and experience in best practices on ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • 7+ years' experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes and solutions


  • Certified ServiceNow Developer
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
  • ITIL v3 foundation practitioner level certification
