- The Senior Salesforce Developer/Expert will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions that align with the organization s digital strategy.
- This role bridges strategic business needs with robust and secure solution architecture, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver sustainable enterprise solutions.

Requirement/Must Have: - Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders to transform business scope into accurate and cost-effective technical architecture.
- Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integration solutions, connecting Salesforce with external systems.
- Ensure solutions align with data security, performance standards, and compliance requirements.
- Design appropriate backup and restore strategies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across architecture.
- Recommend best practices for when to use standard Salesforce functionality versus customizations.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams.
- Lead code reviews, design sessions/workshops, and release planning sessions.
- Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria definition.
- Assist in Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline process using appropriate release management tools.
Experience: - Proven experience leading Salesforce development and integration projects.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and best practices for secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, data modeling, and solution design.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and CI/CD processes.
